• Account and team identifiers needed to associate a connection with the correct user.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by the selected provider.
• Connector requests, operational metadata, and security audit information needed to provide and protect the service.

Microsoft credentials

Microsoft passwords are entered only on Microsoft-operated pages. Omni does not request, receive, or store your Microsoft password.

Use and retention

Omni uses this information to operate user-authorized integrations, maintain security, and diagnose service failures. OAuth credentials are retained only as needed to provide the authorized connection and can be revoked through the provider or connected application.
